Key points

Boucherie Carville respects your privacy. We only collect the data we need to handle your reservation requests. An anonymous audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics) is used only with your consent, requested via a banner on your first visit. No advertising, no profiling, no data resale. The Google Maps map only loads on request.

We do not collect any sensitive data (health, opinions, religion, etc.). The form does not handle payments; transactions take place at the shop.

Data recipients

Your data is only accessed by Cédric Carville and the butchery team, in connection with handling your order. It is not sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.

Cookies and trackers

The site does not use any advertising or profiling cookie.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) — With your consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit, we load Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, average duration, device type, traffic source). The IP address is anonymised. Cookies set: _ga, _ga_*. Retention: 13 months maximum. You may refuse from the start or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer. If you refuse, no Google Analytics script is loaded.

Strictly necessary local storage — Three keys are used in your browser's localStorage:

These keys are strictly necessary for the site to work and are not subject to consent. You can delete them at any time via your browser's settings.

If you load the Google Maps map, Google may then set its own cookies (e.g. NID, CONSENT) according to its policies. See the Google privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Site-related processing takes place within the European Union (Hostinger, Bunny.net).

If you load the Google Maps map, technical data (IP address, visited page) may be transferred to the United States to Google LLC. Google adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework recognised by the European Commission via the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights at any time:

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL: www.cnil.fr/en/plaintes.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Reservation form data is transmitted encrypted and stored on European servers. Email access is password-protected.

Minors

The site is not specifically aimed at minors. No service requires creating an account. If you are under 15, please ask a parent's permission before filling in the reservation form.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or the regulations. The date at the top of the page indicates the last update. Substantial changes will be announced on the home page.
